Potatoes Stew

Ingredients
4 big potatoes
2 cloves garlic
4 tablespoon cooking oil
2 tablespoon Hao Daio wine (up to your liking)
2 pints salt
1 cup of water

Preparations:
1. Peel and slice the potatoes
2. Put in cooking oil, garlic. Cook until brown.
3. Put in potatoes, salt.
4. Add in water and hao daio wine. Cook until tender for about 25 mins

Serve with
White rice
